St. Andrew’s Merch
The new St. Andrew’s LogoWear was introduced at last Sunday’s Ministry Fair. The Welcoming Committee has selected new clothing labels, new colors, and new items at lower prices! As before, the LogoWear is being made available at the committee’s cost.
This allows us to have affordable items that help us proudly display our affiliation, whether at St. Andrew’s, serving on an Outreach project, or going to a ball game. Our LogWear items also make great gifts!
Make sure to check out the new items in the display case in the hallway leading to the Parish Hall. (Also available at a discount are a few remaining discontinued items.) See Mary Matzinger, Nannette Wolfe or Marcia Deeb for questions or ordering.

Crop Walk – October 2
The Annual CROP WALK is Sunday, October 2 at Ottawa Park. This is an ecumenical effort to take a stand against hunger and poverty locally and beyond! One-fourth of the money raised through the CROP WALK stays in Toledo and goes to the FEED YOUR NEIGHBOR program of Toledo Area Ministries. Our teens usually raise money and walk the two miles as a group; teens who would like to walk can obtain a form from the office, or can talk to Father Jeremiah.

Flickr Photo Pool
A group photo pool has been set up on the popular image hosting and sharing website Flickr.
The goal is to have a repository for any St. Andrew’s related pictures you’d like to share and/or use to accompany articles on the web site.
We will also be able to pull the photos and thumbnails into our site for a gallery or galleries as photos (or videos!) can be pulled in by tags and categories.
If you are not already a Flickr member, take a minute to sign up for a FREE account and upload your cool stock to the St. Andrew’s pool! It’s a great community and a wonderful way to organize and share our photographs.

On September 10th, 4-6pm, the Outreach Committee is hosting a Free Community Meal on the front lawn, featuring vegetables from St. Andrew’s garden, along with sloppy joes and baked goods. There will be live entertainment and goods to go. If you have a home garden, you are invited to donate a few veggies of your own to feed our guests.
Here’s a flyer you can download, print and post to help spread the word.
